Tiara, a Senior Associate at Toffler Associates, is an accomplished human capital manager with experience in federal sector strategy consulting and human capital management. Her work has helped agencies and organizations protect their people, preserve their brands, fulfill their missions statements, and prepare to respond to a broad spectrum of threats and hazards – both natural and human caused. Before joining TA, Tiara held various positions at Accenture Federal Services and, prior to that, over three years as a human capital cultivation consultant at System High Corporation. Her roles have encompassed organizational change management, inclusion and diversity, employee recruitment and retention, staff development, performance management, and strategic planning. Tiara received her MA in Human Resources Management and Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development from Marymount University, and her BS in Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. She is passionate about advancing equality in the workplace and believes that leading with empathy is the key to cultivating teams that do their best work.

What is your superpower?

Building rapport and trust among team members through my insatiable curiosity. My hope is that my curious nature will spur learning and the exchange of ideas with collogues and clients to foster exploration and innovation.

How do you spend your free time?

Keeping my mind and body active through organized sports, traveling far and near to explore all this world has to offer, and learning new and exciting things daily.
